Gordon Brown says he will do whatever he has to do in combating Swine Flu: Does this mean he'll be grounded?
Many say the tenuous connection between Swine Flu & the claim there is more chance pigs might fly than the PM's solution to the UK economic woes ever working is purely coincidental. There would seem no connection between the rapid cross boarder movement of Swine Flu & the P.M.’s incessant globe trotting/disappearances during the financial debacle/meltdown. Any suggestion that as one Flew out the other Flu in were condemned and fears of a pandemic were quickly allayed as the PM is expected to return to Scotland where NHS prescriptions are free (unlike England) & he had not as some claimed gone AWOL once more.
Any link in the P.M’s meeting with Mexico's President Calderon in London (March 30, 2009) & Swine Flu were quickly dismissed once more as coincidental, as were the rumours on the MP’s expenses investigation being connected to Hare miles & mixemotosis.
