Normanton parachutist & Schools Secretary Ed Balls joined the economic doom mongers with the most candid prediction by a Labour front bench minister saying the repercussions from the economic downturn/recession could still be felt 15 years on, warning we are facing the worst recession in more than a century, even exceeding the Great Depression of the 1930s.

The mixed messages from the Labour hierarchy suggest all is not well at the top table, after all many senior party members have been seeing “green shoots” everywhere they look perhaps they are confused with the Glorious Twelfth.
Mr. Balls did not seem to mention the unsustainability of the growth in the public sector either in numbers or its pension scheme.
