Seemingly the business minister Baroness Vadera is still seeing the green shoots of business growth, whether she found them in a greenhouse and inadvisably smoked said green shoots is anybodies guess.
I for one am prepared to give her the benefit of the doubt as I saw a green ‘chute’ just the other day, it was being used to pour taxpayers money into the public sector pension scheme.
Is it possible Margaret Beckett has visited the same greenhouse? As she proclaimed sighting similar green shoots in the housing market, or perhaps she had visited one of the many abandoned and now desolate housing developments where the green shoots of weeds & ryegrass can be clearly seen sprouting from the brickwork. |
